Flourish OGM Garden Maintenance and Plant Sales


Welcome to Flourish OGM. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


Scope of Services
Flourish OGM provides garden maintenance and plant sales. Services are provided between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.


Quotations and Payment
Quotations are valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue. After this period, a new quotation may be required. A deposit may be required for landscaping work and planting designs. For large projects, we may request 50% upfront for materials. Domestic refuse disposal is not included in our quotes.
Unexpected costs arising from illegal activities such as fly-tipping or vandalism are not included in the quoted price and will not be addressed by Flourish OGM.

Client Responsibilities
Once a job is completed, the maintenance and care of plants are the client’s responsibility. Any concerns regarding the completed work must be raised no later than 7 days after the job is finished. Same-day payment is required once the invoice is sent and the job is complete.


Refunds and Returns
No refunds will be issued unless it is determined that the fault lies with Flourish OGM. We do not offer returns or follow-up services for issues arising from the client's neglect or failure to properly care for the plants.

Conduct
Rudeness or disrespect towards our staff will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, Flourish OGM reserves the right to cease all services immediately. Clients must treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

Limitations of Liability
Flourish OGM is not responsible for events beyond our control that affect the plants or garden, including but not limited to weather conditions, pests, and acts of vandalism.
We will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by factors outside our control.

Deposits and Cancellation
For projects requiring a deposit, if the client cancels the project after materials have been purchased, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to fees based on the stage of the project.

Communication
All concerns or issues must be communicated to Flourish OGM within 7 days of the job's completion. For effective communication and prompt resolution of issues, clients should contact us directly via the provided contact details.
