What started as a small local service has grown into a full garden maintenance and planting design company working across South east london and Kent. I'm driven by high standards, good communication and results that speak for themselves, from a well kept lawn to thoughtfully planned out planting designs i always aim to deliver excellence.

Luke is the Lead Gardener & Team Leader at Flourish OGM, specialising in high-quality garden maintenance, planting, turfing, hedge shaping, and lawn care. Combining strong horticultural knowledge with precision workmanship, Luke ensures every site is left tidy, balanced and flourishing. Calm, reliable and detail-driven, Luke plays a key role in training younger team members, overseeing day-to-day site management and ensuring Flourish standards are consistently met across all client gardens.When he’s not leading the team, Luke enjoys developing his expertise in topiary, lawn care & seasonal pruning.

Manus is an Apprentice Gardener at Flourish OGM, working alongside our senior team to build solid horticultural skills across garden maintenance, planting, hedging, lawn care and seasonal tasks. Manus brings strong work ethic, consistency and attention to detail, making steady progress in both theoretical knowledge and on-site practical skills. He plays an important role in supporting day-to-day site operations and is developing well within the apprenticeship pathway.
