It's important to select Rhododendron varieties that are suitable for your specific climate zone to ensure their successful growth. 

Pruning: Pruning Rhododendrons is generally done to maintain the desired shape, remove dead or diseased branches, and promote air circulation. Pruning should be done after flowering to avoid removing flower buds for the following season.
